“From start to finish David demonstrated that it would be hard to find a better realtor. When we first met, unlike the other reps, he was first and foremost interested in learning about us. He asked lots of good questions and made sure he understood what our goals were for the sale of my elderly dad's house. David provided a comprehensive overview of how the process would work and emphasized he will be personally involved every step of the way. David knew our neighborhood (Renaissance at Manchester) and was able to rattle off houses that recently closed and the prices. He knew precisely how they compared to our home.
